Terms of Service

1. The services

Onenly builds software tools for e-commerce sellers, marketers and other users. Each product may have its own features, plans and supported platforms, described on its respective website. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may be updated, changed or discontinued from time to time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to enter into these Terms.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans: We offer free and paid subscription plans (e.g., Pro, Ultra), billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on the relevant product's pricing page, in the stated currency.
• Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and charge your saved payment method, unless cancelled beforehand.
• Payments: Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Onenly does not store your full card details.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from your account ("Manage subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, payments for started billing periods are non-refundable.
• Price changes: Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified in advance and changes apply from the next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the services only for lawful purposes and as permitted by these Terms.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the services without authorization.
• Do not attempt to damage, overload, or breach the security of the services or infrastructure.

5. Data & privacy

How we collect, store and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the services you consent to that policy.

6. Third-party services

Some products read publicly available data from third-party platforms (e.g., online marketplaces) and rely on third-party providers such as Stripe (payments) and Supabase (authentication and data sync). We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

7. Intellectual property

Onenly's brands, software and content are owned by Onenly LLC. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the services; they do not transfer any ownership or license beyond that.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Data provided by the services (including prices and analytics derived from public sources) may not always be complete, accurate or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onenly is not liable for business decisions made based on the services, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Onenly LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
